Welcome to my blog!

My name is Elisabeth but my family and friends call me Liz. I was born and raised in Queens, New York and now reside on Long Island, where I am close to some of the greatest beaches and shops. I commute to Manhattan for work, where I do marketing for an online marketing company. I have three amazing brothers and two lovely nieces, whom I adore.

This blog originated from combining my three passions: healthy eating, traveling, and marketing. In 2016, I decided to eliminate meat from my diet, and it has been a life-changing experience. Now, I want to share my journey toward a healthy lifestyle while traveling with all of you!

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, exploring new restaurants (I’m a huge foodie), traveling (I make it a priority to leave New York at least twice a year), spending quality time with my adorable nieces, and reconnecting with friends.
